We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, therefore we’ve tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it to us. We will refund the value of the returned items to the original payment method within 4 working days of receiving the goods.
When you return an item we ask that it is in the original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet this criteria may not be returned.
Returning an order
Please repackage the products you wish to return and include copy of your original receipt that was packaged with your items. We recommend returning your items to us using a tracked courier service.

Please be aware that the cost of returning any products to us is your responsibility.
Returning faulty goods
Once we have received your faulty goods using the process above, we will then supply you with either a replacement of the product(s), a credit note or a full refund of the purchase price; dependant on date of purchase and circumstance and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
